It is better to prevent health issues than to seek ways to treat them and this should be included in a government’s budget. This essay agrees that matters that affect well being should be prevented rather than being treated. Most people are of the opinion that a person's culture and character can be determined from their choices of clothing. As far as I am concerned, I strongly disagree with this view. It is often argued by some that young ones ought to spend their hours on learning school subjects by beginning their kindergarten studies at an early age, while others think that they should contribute their time in physical activities. Whilst a discussion of both these views is worthwhile, I am a supporter of the latter view.
