IInternet, a remarkable invention of modern science, plays a significant role in the current education system through online courses and resources. Some people claim schools are not needed as students can learn using the internet. However, I disagree with the opinion because children can get hands-on experience and learn through interactive communication at school.

According to most doctors, adults need thirty minutes of physical activity at least five days a week to be healthy. However, most adults do not get this recommended amount of exercise. What can be done to help people get the exercise they need? Give examples to support your answer.

In order to live a healthy lifestyle, some doctors suggested to do 30 minutes of physical exercise at least five days a week. Nevertheless people don't follow these suggestions. Physical activity is very important for us because it can improve our mental state, it boosts our immune system, and can maintain our body weight. In my opinion people don't get enough physical exercise because they prefer other activities, for example, reading a book or chilling with friends. In my opinion, in order to get enough exercise, I think it's good to go the gym and have a personal trainer.In that way they can be motivated and watched by someone professional. Another idea is to exercise in groups so that it can be less boring and it can be perhaps fun. In conclusion, I believe that we should all do physical activity in order to stay healthy, physically and mentally. Sometimes having an unhealthy lifestyle can lead us to many different diseases that could be dangerous for our lives.e

Universities are educational places which should be as free as possible and have to give a chance for every student equally no matter where and how the people came there. It does not matter what age the student is, what socio-economical status they have or what gender/ sexual idendity that the single person described himself/herself. Yet, I do not agree with the idea of universities should accept the equal number of two genders for each subject.
