In order to live a healthy lifestyle, some doctors suggested to do 30 minutes of physical exercise at least five days a week. Nevertheless people don't follow these suggestions. Physical activity is very important for us because it can improve our mental state, it boosts our immune system, and can maintain our body weight. In my opinion people don't get enough physical exercise because they prefer other activities, for example, reading a book or chilling with friends. In my opinion, in order to get enough exercise, I think it's good to go the gym and have a personal trainer.In that way they can be motivated and watched by someone professional. Another idea is to exercise in groups so that it can be less boring and it can be perhaps fun. In conclusion, I believe that we should all do physical activity in order to stay healthy, physically and mentally. Sometimes having an unhealthy lifestyle can lead us to many different diseases that could be dangerous for our lives.e
