It is argued that the manual workforce should be assessed as same as the highly educated employees. From my own perspective, educated professionals deserve to be paid higher salary than the less educated people who always do hard labor due to specialized job requirements and the value of knowledge.

In the past few years social media websites and apps such as Facebook and Twitter have become hugely popular with the youth. While using these sites has many benefits such as being efficient and enjoyable, they also have a few drawbacks which overall makes this development a bad one. Using apps like Facebook and Twitter are a convenient and fun way to talk with friends and family members. Instead of phoning someone and hoping they aren’t busy, sending messages through these apps can be a better option as the person can receive the notification when they are free and respond in a timely manner. Also, most people are very busy these days so often can’t answer their phone or meet friends for a coffee or face to face chat. Women and men have different abilities to do work but trend has been changed, now people cannot be differentiate the work should be done by male or female. We are in a country where we have equal right to perform things. People having orthodox thinking have perception that female should not work at all.
