Earning high salaries is good for the country in some people’s view. But others believe that controlled structure of salary is the correct way to be followed. In my opinion, getting high pay is proportional to the talent of individual and should be independent with respect to the government.

Most of the people prefer to work in their homes or comfortable premises (Shops and service centers) rather than working in Structured Organizations. I recommend to follow the Self-Employment option compared to work for a company, but before starting any Business, prior experience is must in order to get more success rate in Business.
