The government should lower the budget on the arts to allocate more money to education. To what extent do you agree?

The money of the government is limited. So it is important to plan how to allocate. In the modern time, to teach knowledge to citizen is strongly vital to make smart people and improve the country. Therefore, it is argued by some people that the government have to provide more money to education than the arts. But I do not agree this argument. Hence in this essay, I will discuss about this subject and will suggest my opinion.

In the modern time, the technology of electronics significantly has been enhanced. So normally we use them when we have to write something. About this situation, some people argue that we must not to forget the way to write by hand. However, In my view I think that to learn this way is not necessary no more. In my opinion, I think that the main reason of the environmental degradation is the trash. And I also assume that this issue can be solved by the rule and the change of people’s behavior.

Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recyclied. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

Generally, there are always two faces of a coin, even whether there shall be a law enforcing a mandatory recycling. To some, they may argue that the government should intervene the people’s livelihood via legal system. However, such claim may not work, in my opinion, as it would devalue the civil liberties of the people and would be an uneffievient mwthod for waste management.

From the past ,there were so many arguments about Women’s right.There were different ideologies such as women do not education ,women’s value is lower than men and so on . One of them is the concept “woman’s place is in the home “.Most of people think that a woman has to bring-up children ,Woman responsible for everything in the home .However woman who is equal man and who works have significant positive effects. Woman may be key of evolution ,guarantee of healthy population and lifeguard of peace.

It is a common reality the miniority of the young people prefer living in cities instead of the rural areas, therefore only elders are in countryside. I will briefly elaborate of this situation in terms of the problem and measure.

History has always been one of the compulsory subjects in schools and publics are expected to have familiarity with historical events. However, some people assert that there is no benefits would be attained by learning antiquity, while others suggest that the experience of the beyond days are the fundation of development and progression of human beings. Idea of both sides with my own opinion together will be further discussed and elaborated in the following essay.

Over the past few decades, urbanization and modernization has been promoted in much of the world. This process is mushrooming in the city, meanwhile the countryside is in poor conditions, facility shortage. Many adopt a view that to address the imbalance between the city and areas, government should assign new doctor and teachers to such areas. This suggestion has my support.

So many things depend on money. If you want to get food, you need money, if you want to have a place to live, you need money, and if you want to become a professional in some sphere, you also need money to get a good education.

As a result of the growth of supermarkets in some countries, many local businesses have died out. Some people argue that without local business, local communities will not exist. In my opinion, I agree that the communities will suffer as small, local businesses close but it is questionable that it will cause the death of local communities.

If a company expressed willingness to build a new huge factory not so far from where I live , I would most probably not approve that idea.In my opinion, despite having significant benefits,factories shouldn’t be located near places where are lots of inhabitants and we also must consider the fact that they harm the environment .

For a very long time, women remained at home with responsibilities for raising children, as well as cleaning the infield. At first, these women lacked education, while only a minimal percentage came through in higher schools. Regardless of these skills, they were still rejected the opportunity to get better jobs as men. However, the current society accepts the encouragement of women to go beyond the borders of the estate and take on responsibilities that were considered for men. So men should stop thinking that women are assistants and should stay at home because they are not workers. Instead, men should begin to perceive positive attitudes and behaviors towards women's career development. This can lead to a stable relationship due to understanding and changing behavior in relation to old societal norms of mistreatment of women.
