Tourism is becoming increasingly important as a source of revenue to many countries, but its disadvantages should not be overlooked. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Although tourism is the main source of GDP for certain countries, it also has a detrimental effect which should be taken into account. I agree that its disadvantages should be considered since it may lead to spreading terrible diseases or dirtiness in some places.

Many people aspire to start their own business instead of working in a captive environment. The foremost reason for this preference is the, liberty, which people get by working independently. Though this gives the impression to have benefits, but, it has his own drawbacks.

Some lawers suggest that having the past criminal record will help the judge make a judgement more accurately. From my point of view, this issue should be cosidered carefully because this is a big area.

School curriculum has been a topic of debate since years. While some people believe that adolescents should consider all subjects as important and focus on them equally, others are of the opinion that individuals should be allowed to concentrate on subjects which they find more interesting and have more passion for. Personally, I am with the later opinion that students should focus more on their favourite subjects, however, some basic subjects such as mathematics and philisophy ought to be studied by every teenager with keen interest as they help in every day life or in work life of a person.

Keeping animals in zoos has always been a contaverstiol issue from long time. At a very young age, children learn by imitating adults' behaviour or things around them. However, they do not have the ability to distinguish which is right or wrong. To help kids learn the differences, punishment is one of effective ways for parents and teacher. However, it is controversial that this method would negatively affect the children. In my opinion, punishment is an useful method for education as long as it does not badly affect the children physically and mentally.

To save our inheritance is sometimes becames huge debts on goverment in maintainace and well keeping of Monuments, Musuems and Castles and all old historic buidlings. To pass such bills of expense is always hectic and create disputes amoung peoples. In such case development of new modern buildings are always prefreble by majority of public. I personally believe that old buildings should be kept and maintined well no matter what the expenses are. My thoughts and explaination on reserving historic buildings are as follows.

Making the right decision is the mission of the judges so that it puts a huge pressure on them. The question whether to show the jury the previous criminal actions of the defendant has raised a conflict between law-makers. In Britain and Australia, the jury is not informed those previous cases, but in other countries, these kinds of practices are used to advocate for the culprit. My personal view is that this acquaintance should be considered more carefully.

Along with the development of human society, nowadays, it is more convenient and easier for people to travel abroad. It is a fact that the number of people traveling through countries is enormously increasing. In my view, it is such a positive development thanks to the benefits which have been brought to human life.

Some employers reward members of staff for their exceptional contributions to the company by giving them extra money. This practice can act as an incentive for some, but may also have a negative impact on others. To what extent is this style of management effective? Are there better ways of encouraging employees to work hard?

Many employees are paid an amount of money for their outstanding courage and effort to the companies and it is a common way for managers to appreciate their staffs. Although this compensating motivates the employees to work harder and more effectively, there are still some contradictory opinion that it is not a high recommendation for the bosses to manage their personnels. In my personal view, money as a reward in combination with other motivations can be the best way to encourage people.
