Nowadays people are becoming more and more health conscious, and are therefore inclined to develop their energy through their physical exercise. Many go to gymnasium to work out using machines, while others just maintain a physical active lifestyle by walking and climbing stairs. In this essay I shall discuss both the perspectives of the arguments in depth.

Rise in the cost of fuel, which is mandatory for the vehicle to work is one of the many reasons to justify the nuisance of traffic as well as pollution. However, it is an agreeable step. Henceforth, there are certain other ways as well like allowance to an odd numbered vehicle in one day and even numbered in another, even encouraging the benefit of bicycle for several groups of people.
