Some people think that parents should teach children how to be good members of the society. Others however, believe that the school is the place to learn this. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In the world today,the importance of learning good character early in life cannot be overemphasized. Although some individuals are of the opinion that this should be taught in schools, I believe that it is the role of the parents to guide their offspring on how to be upright members of the society.

Some say that music, art and drama are as important as other school subjects, especially at the primary level. Do you agree or disagree?

Some people think that different forms of arts should be treated as importantly as other subjects at school. This essay agrees that concentration on arts is important for the overall development of a child because it gives them an outlet to express themselves, and secondly it makes a viable career option in the future as well.

Due to the development and rapid expansion of supermarkets in some countries, many small, local business are unable to compete. Some people think that the closure of local business will bring about the death of local communities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

As a result of the growth of supermarkets in some countries, many local businesses have died out. Some people argue that without local business, local communities will not exist. In my opinion, even though the closure of regional enterprises may bring some difficulties to the local community, it will not endanger their existence.

Environmental protection is the responsibility of politicians, not individuals as individuals can do too little. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, with the modernization, there have been an eclectic mix of environment-related problems. It is believed that protecting environment is the responsibility of the government because these issues are too big for individuals to control. From my perspective, both politicians and residents should involve themselves together in environmental protection processes as reasons below.

Many parents today organize extra classes for their children after school and at the weekends. Do you feel this is a worthwhile thing to do or do you feel children have enough education at school? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays, the fact that children take extra lessons outside the curriculum is getting more and more popular in many countries, especially in Asia, and lots of parents argue that it is necessary to do. From my perspective, students should be encouraged to have more time to develop their soft skills instead of taking more academic lessons.

In recent years, there has been an increase in opportunities for students to continue their education in other countries. I believe that this provides more benefits than drawbacks for the student.

The population around the globe is on a steep rise. It is believed that for managing the expanding population, a number of new houses in the countryside areas are needed, to which I have dissenting views.

In many nations, both develop and developing countries, a small percentage of the population earn an extremely large amount of money. While some people believe that a very high salary is a benefit for the community, others suggest a limit should be set by the government. In the following essay, I will consider both sides of this issue and finally give my opinion.

Recently, governments had implemented a program which all students need to accomplish before they graduate from high school and this program involve in doing volunteer work for the community. Some individuals believe that doing social service can benefits the society as well as the teenagers. I am strongly agreed with this notion.

I strongly disagree with that notion as preparing ahead of time is as crucial as the present.

A large section of the society thinks that it is more effective if all criminal punishments are fixed. This essay will first suggest that timesaving and quick justice is a primary benefit for the public, while unfair evaluation of criminals is the main drawback.

It is crystal clear that, many of the dangerous animals are about going extinct, while others are being threatened out of existence. Environmental problem has become a major issue in both developed and undeveloped countries. Some individuals share the view that this problems can be reduced by raising the cost of petrol for cars and other vehicles. I strongly agree with this view because this would result in less cars on the road leading to less environmental hazards such as smoke inhalation and also lead to increase economy.

Due to the change in the lifestyle, people are evolving themselves from two wheelers to the automobiles. Some are of the opinion that it has more benefits and is making their life convenient. I partially accord with this notion.
