Many individuals opine that all organisation's decisions should be made by management, while others think that it would be beneficial to involve organisation's staff. I think that employee involvement improves project's different angles and proves economical, whereas employees solely selection would reduce security risk and diminish chaos of command.

In this globalized world, means of shipment are different in every country. Some say that huge amount of money should be spent on building new railway tariffs while others completely argue that money must be spent on improving existing transportation types. It is believed that the international trade and cultural exchange between nations brings significant benefits for each side, while some others think that the tendency causes the loss of their traditional and cultural values. In my opinion, the advantages of this phenomenon overshadow the disadntages.

The modern era has undergone a mammoth change. The boom in technological and scientific advancement over the past decade has led to automation in industry, which has greatly diminished the need for manual labour. As a result, many accept that hours spent in the workplace must be redacted as well. To my way of thinking, the suggestion of the cutback should be implemented and the reason for this may come from a wide range of plausible justifications.
