There is no country in the world which is untouched by the phenomenon of the skyscrapers in cities. Some cities prefer to build buildings on more extensive areas of the land due to the overcrowd and security reasons. I firmly believe that tall building is the best option for the growing population in major cities.

In certain places, accommodation ownership is seen as imperative as opposed to renting of a home. Overall, the need to establish a roof over one's head is of the essence, however they are different paths to achieving this, with each bearing its advantages and disadvantages. The reason for house ownership instead of leasing shall be discussed as well as my opinion.
