One of the best methods to motivate and encourage workers is to pay them according to what they produce or sell. Do you think this is the best method?

The companies are practicing various methods to uplift the morale of their employees, one of which is to pay according to their producing and selling capabilities. In my own perspective, I agree with this notion which will increase the performance of the workers.

The dramatic changes in the twenty first century have given birth to the new perspectives which usually bring the clash between older and younger population views. It is believed by some that youth should follow their elder’s footsteps and others suggest that it can be contradicted in the current scenarios. There are valid arguments for either side, however in my view, the freedom should be granted to the young people under the supervision of their guardians.

A question on the appropriate way of studying has always been debated; where some promotes the group studying and others believe in the self studying for the students. There are valid arguments for either side, however in my own perspective; it depends upon the individual involved and their learning capacity.

The mode of communication is rapidly changing in the growing world of technology, where the majority of people prefer to communicate through texting rather than calling on the phones. This is because it’s convenient, time saving and cheaper in comparison to making a call. The number of its merits and demerits depends upon the circumstances and the type of the message to be delivered.

The question on whether the development of modern, innovative technology has helped to reduce the crime rate or enhanced its incidence has always been debated. There are valid arguments for either side, however in my own perspective, I agree with the notion of the use of modern technology to curb the crime occurrence.

It is considered by some individuals that students should be encouraged to participate in the club sports for their overall personality development, where some believes that the academic performance is the most important to have a successful career. In my own perspective, I agree with the notion that the sportsmanship comes from being a part of the sport.

There are merely a few people who can lead a life of luxury through buying costly and high quality goods in some countries. It is thought by many people that buying luxury items contribute to the economy. However, others believe that government should put a ban on selling products which are above a certain price level. In my opinion, people should have the freedom to spend on whatever they like and prefer, and buying luxurious items helps the society through taxes.

The different types of sports are considered as one of the best leisure activities. The topic on whether the organization of the international sporting events is beneficial for the hosting nation has always been argued. In my own perspective, I support the notion of organizing and enjoying such international events.

A growing world of globalization has raised the level of expectations among the society which makes them to spend a majority of their day time at the workplace. This disturbs their work life balance with a little time left out for their families which has consequently increased the social problems in the adolescents. In my own perspective, I agree with this notion and supports to keep a healthy balance between professional and family commitments.

The topic on whether the government should have control over the architectural designs of the houses and buildings made by the public has always been argued. In my own perspectives, I support the notion of giving freedom to the public in choosing their designs except in some heritage areas.

During the case of George Floyd's murder by the US police, many people gather around in the streets across the country to protest the violation of human rights and race by the police. However, some people looted and ransacked the shops during the protest. Some analysts urge the government to handle the looting by force, while others argue that the government should handle it carefully.

A viral video in which a police officer arrested and treated an Afro-American man named George Floyd unfairly until the man was killed, has sparked public anger, especially black citizens. They demanded responsibility for the murder case. Anger continues to spread into protest, which hit major cities in the US. Crowds took to the streets to demand the officer brutality and take responsibility for the deaths of black people in their hands. Protests carried out in several states that now lead to riots, such as clashes with officers, arson to looting in shops. Because of this, some people urge the government to handle the looting by force, but on the other side; the others argued that the government should handle it carefully. This essay will be described whether the government must handle the looting of the protests with force or careful.

The government should control the use of the internet in a country

In the modern era, the development of the internet is getting stronger and freer, and everyone can give and get the info or communicate with each other quickly, instant and real-time. Someone when suffering the network, it is like suffering the earth, they can go anywhere they want. However, one-place are not the same condition; there is a place full of peace or place that used for war. Because of that, it is crucial to restriction the cyberspace to protect and make everyone feeling safe when they hang around on the web then the ministry should take action to discipline the cyber management in the country. Nevertheless, with a condition like that, some people will not be controlled by using the internet because it will bother the freedom and limit their human rights. This essay will compare the reason the ministry to control or give flexibility to the usage of the network in a country.

Nowadays, the development of a nation associated with the appearance of many countryside. As a result, there are more and more people rush into the city to find a work which helps them have a better life. However, a large number of people want to leave the countryside. In this essay, I will put forward my opinions followed by relevant examples.

In some countries an increasing number of people are suffering from health problems as a result of eating too much fast food. It is therefore necessary for government to impose a higher tax on this kind of food. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement

It is undeniable fact that in last three decades people own more cars than the other decades, but because of this many metropolises are now affected with traffic related problems. So, some people believe that the government should enact some stricter laws for car ownership and give some advertisements to discourage people. I totally agree with this statement.

Retribution is mandatory for offenders to keep society safe and secure. It is considered by many people that there should be a fixed penalty regardless of the crimes. Having a like sentence would certainly be unfair for those who commit minor crimes. The penalty must be according to the severity of violations.

It is considered that the frequent use of computers for studying has a positive influence, while others support the opinion that it has more negative aspects. In this essay I will discuss both points of view, followed by a reasoned conclusion.

Despite an extensive and harmful use of fossil fuels in nearly the whole world, many countries promote the use of renewable sources of power. I completely agree that not only should countries enforce ecological laws but they should also promote them among citizens.

The topic on whether the source of learning should be the books or virtual forms such as videos, films and computers has always been argued. There are valid explanations for either side, however in my view, the primary source of education should be through books with an additional support from the computers.
