Some people succeed in this goal, whereas others are still in process of fulfilling their aim. This essay will illustrate the possible reasons for not being able to maintain this crucial balance along with plausible measures to solve this problem.

While some people think that employee should be involved in business decisions, others argue that these decisions should be left to the people in key positions. In my opinion, I believe that its better for the company when decisions are taken by higher management because they have a better understanding and access to information about the company.

People have a diverse opinion on arranging splendid parties during birthday, wedding, and other celebrations. Consequently, some would argue, that disbursing massive amounts on parties would undoubtedly be a waste of money, whereas others claim that is essential for both individuals and the community. In my opinion, I consider that spending lots on parties would directly or indirectly help to curb the unemployment rate and foster economic prosperity.

It is commonly argued that the primary goal of every employee is to focus on his/her job duties, while being on good terms with colleagues is not crucial. Although I agree that being productive at work is more important than trying to befriend all colleagues, I think that it is advantageous to have at least a few friends in the workplace.

It is argued by some people that the most important way to solve traffic congestion and pollution is to increase the price of fuel. I agree with this notion because a fuel hike would make the daily use of personal cars on roads unattractive, while the development of public transportation system is another effective way to solve this problem.

It is often argued that the government should finance public services instead of spending its budget on arts, music and theatre. Although I agree that government’s investments in public services play a very important role, I think that proper funding of arts sector is also crucial for the society.

It is argued by some people that due to the frequent cases of bodily injury from boxing, it should be ban in this modern era. I disagree with this view because some non combative sports do cause similar injuries and there are measures put in place to protect boxers from injury.

Now a day’s in modern society, the photographic trend is becoming more popular. It is believed by most companies that workers ought to be corporately dressed, whereas some others agree that the quality of work is more important than dressing smartly. In my opinion, I completely agree to the fact that an employee's work outcome should be the focus instead of the way they dress. This essay will explain both sides of the argument.
