There is no doubt that the majority of the people spend a huge part of their adult life working, and that work contentment is an essential feature of the well being. In my essay, I will discuss some of the factors that influence career fulfilment and also look at how realistic the expectation of satisfaction for all employees.

There has been a recent increase in global trade which has led to many goods including those that we consume every day to be produced in different countries and transported long distances. Although there are benefits to be derived from this trend, there are also some drawbacks.

Various statistics from different countries state that the population of youngsters is comparatively high for the population of elders. I believe that even though it might positively affect the whole community in a way, the disadvantages certainly outweigh the advantages.

Nowadays, the number of out-of-school youth who are jobless is increasing. Many people see this as a root cause for individuals’ health problems and the societal issues in general. There are ways, however, to help decrease the volume of teenagers with no jobs.

People work tirelessly throughout their lives to earn money. However, a major portion of their income is lost in the form of taxes. It is argued by some that the hard-earned money should be retained by the people, rather than paying a portion to the government in the form of taxes. I completely disagree with the above-mentioned statement and believe that it is entirely necessary to contribute to the government in the form of taxes.

Due to the limited availability of cost-effective and efficient child day care, many parents decide to drop out from their jobs and decide to stay home and take care of their families. Some people think that the government should pay these parents for their decision. I strongly disagree since with the current evolved technologies, it is possible for the parent to work from home and earn their pay, whilst the government could spend that cash for the benefit of the nation.
