Female students who have finished technology education and science degrees, not all of them are applying for a job. The reasons for this might be such as stereotypes and societal pressure, lack of role models and lack of support.

It is the view of some people that individuals who have talents in certain areas such as sports or music are born with it, while others believe that a child can learn to be good at these skills. Although people are indeed talented in these fields because they can achieve great feats with no training or with minimal effort, I believe that any child can learn to become good at certain skills if they work hard.

It is not uncommon for small local shops to compete with chains of supermarkets and online shops. I believe that this may cause a decrease in the local shops' total amount of earnings, but local shops have some advantages over other types of shops and I believe they could promote them in order to solve the problem.
