People have contrasting views, whether adolescents should listen to the elders or they should justify senior's speech. In my opinion, in most of the cases it is better for them to respect elders; however, this essay will discuss both views.

I THINK, IF THEY KNOW WHAT IT MEANS BY WORKING FROM AN EARLYER, THEY WOULD BE MORE FOCUSED AND LESS RESTLESS IN THE LATER LIFE. THIS ESSAY WOULD DISCISS THE POSITVE AND A DETRIMENTAL SIDE OF IMPLIMENTING THIS CHANGE.
