In the last few years, it has been seen that online fundraising campaigns sky-rocketed enormously. A greater and ever-increasing reach of donation advertisements has become concerned for a few people, whereas others see them as an encouraging development. In this essay, I shall discuss both the sides of this notion and I shall also present a rationale behind my opinion on this topic, that I see it as a positive development.

First impressions are considered important as it is believed that it sets an impact in the mind of the interviewer. Nowadays, apart from the early impact, many other criteria have derived to look inside the brain of an individual. However, it is believed by a few people that one meeting holds most of the points for getting a job, although I disagree with this belief, there are now new ways like hiring a psychologist and asking random questions or giving situations to solve my opinion is justified in the ensuing paragraphs.

Some would argue that people who commit a major crime should not go to jail but made to work without any salary.
