Today, the amount of household and industrial waste is rising substantially at an alarming rate, which is probably the greatest threat to the environment. This essay will shed some light on the main cause of the problem, and will also suggest a viable solution to tackle with this situation effectively.

These days the reason of rising sales of popular products is the result of advertisements that people watch on television or see on social media rather than buying products which are of necessity. On the contrary, there are people who keep track of their expenses and who do not believe in such advertisements.

Although cases of serious crimes are decreasing in many parts of the world, people feel less safe today than at any other time in the past. The main reason for this is the increased coverage of crime in our media and one key solution is encouraging news outlets to cover more positive stories.

Either getting married or being parent is a challenged mission; therefore, many individuals delay such steps to the third decade of their life. Personally, I wholeheartedly believe that this is a right course of action and this will aid in enhancing the communities socially and financially.

The primary role of the state is to protect its citizens from different types of threat. Therefore, some people argue that the government should direct much of its financial resources to the defense sector and cut down the spending on social welfare. I do not agree with this view. In my opinion, a country has to spend on both social welfare and defense.

Modern medical facilities and research in the healthcare sector have brought miracles to the world. We have cures for deadly diseases and researchers are working with our genes to prevent diseases even before we are born- marvellous indeed. As a result, people these days live longer. This as an alarming trend according to some while I firmly believe that longer life expectancy offers far many advantages than demerits.

Children are born proactive in the present generation, hence every parent is quite enthusiastic to make their child grow faster. It is the responsibility of the parents to send their children to school at the right age. It can be believed that sending children to school is more comfortable rather than keeping them at home. In my opinion, a child definitely gains something more if he is sent to school at a very young age.

Some leisure time activities become fashionable for a very short time and then disappear when new trendy one comes, whereas others seem to be popular permanently. I can therefore only partly agree with that hobbies reflect changing fashions rather than our true interest.

Subsidizing arts branches such as drawing or music by governments, recently, has become an extremely controversial issue. A number of people believe that the money, which is spent on such fields, should be saved to benefit other public services, while others, including me, argue that supporting arts financially is indispensable on account of its pivotal role in mirroring cultures and raising emotional generations.

Some people think that having a set retirement age (e.g 65 years) for everybody, regardless of occupation, is unfair. They believe that certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at an earlier age. Do you agree or disagree? Which types of workers do you think should benefit from early retirement?

A shared opinion is that people should not have to retire, on a common age, for all different fields of activity, instead, some of them should have the right to benefit from an earlier paid retirement. I strongly agree with this point of view as the age of retirement should vary depending on the nature of the filled job. Moreover, labour workers must be entitled to having such privilege.
