It has been a matter of intense debate for quite some time now as to what should be done with old building. With the concern being expressed over whether there have been so much money allocated to the unkeep of older building or it would be better to build modern ones instead. Personally, I completely agree that demolishing these constructions give way to rapid economic development.

Over the recent months, there has been an increasing controversy on the topic of coronavirus outspread. With the concern being expressed over whether coronavirus is unavoidable or humanity will soon be able to erase the outbreak, there emerged two opposing groups. As far as I am concerned, both scenarios are likely to emerge in the foreseeable future.

Alternative forms of transport should be encouraged and international laws introduced to control car ownership and use. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Undoubtedly, automobile sector is emerging at fastest pace; due to which around 29 million vehicles are running on UK roads by 2000. However, first car was launched in a year by 1888. Taking the consideration of massive figures, other transports should be encouraged and there is a need of reducing automobile ownership internationally. I firmly agree with the former statement and i will illustrate my perspective in appending paragraphs.

People used to gather information from a very limited number of sources in the past, but with the advent of the Internet, there is a plethora of options available for this purpose. In my opinion, this is a positive development as everything is accessible on the click of a button. This essay will focus on how technology has played a vital role in providing numerous benefits to the masses.

Nowaday, the government has augmented against the lifting of lockdowns and travel ban. Some people believe that this causes a lot of harm to the health of the people but others think that this is necessary for economic development. In my opinion, I agree with the latter.

Women and men have had different roles in the community since the beginning. Under modern pretexts these differences are slowly converging. However, due to the genetic inheritance and socio-demographic components, these differences do exist.

Nowadays, products that are identical can be found in different parts of the world and as a result, increasing number of nations now looks alike. I think this a good development because it reduces migration and lead to shared economic boost among countries.

To help in solving transportation and traffic problems, some argue people should live in cities not in suburbs and countrysides. I completely disagree with this view since many workplaces need to transform outside of cities and authorities ponder the impact of bringing limitatingon of a car usage.
