When choosing a job, the salary is the most important consideration for many. Others, however, prefer different other aspects of a job over the salary they earn. In your opinion what are the most important aspects of a job?

It might seem strange yet blunt, but we cannot deny that we work to earn money so that we can put food on the table for us and our family. However, besides the salary we earn, we also look for job satisfaction, growth opportunity and social recognition of our race.

These days, learning a new language has many benefits including gathering knowledge of different countries, more job opportunities, better communication skills and so on. While some people believe that there is only one reason for learning a foreign language is to visit or work in a foreign country, other people think that the advantages of learning other languages are not limited to the job or travel.

Nowadays, very few people pursue a hobby. In my opinion, this is not a positive trend because not having a hobby can have a detrimental effect on people. We are now living in a highly stressful and competitive environment where a hobby can be a stress buster. Hobbies are also beneficial for the society because people who have a hobby are less likely to get into crime.

While managers used to work as long as they were alive, the recent decades have seen a rise in the number of senior employees, which has retired in the middle-age. It seems that enterprises are trying to motivate senior managers to step down in order to provide space for educated young people.

In This day and age, technology has brought significant change in humanity's lives.Few Masses think that children's attitude is changed by box broadcasted.Another segment society says that spending excessive turn is responsible for altering children's behaviour. So I intend to explore that influence of both statements along with my point of view.

There is an alarmingly high rate of individuals globally who are unfit mentally and physically. Many people suffer from mood disorders and poor conditioning, which not only leads to a lower quality of life, but also makes individuals vulnerable to environmental pressures. These persons underperformed on a variety of medical indexes such as the Body Mass Index and are susceptible to infection and depression. The most common causes for people to neglect their mental and physical health are working and entertainment, and the solutions are better time and diet management.

In this day and age, many the forms of various sport is a dominating our modern society and playing or watching sports game is taken for granted. Few individuals believe that playing sports games at schools should not inspire due to they seems to be more competition than cooperation. I personally disagree this premise for several reasons. It could be lead to make teamwork. In addition, it is likely to become a deep relationship with classmates.

International Marketing is gaining widespread popularity as more and more multinational companies enter untapped foreign markets. While it might have its own benefits, many would consider it an act of invasion by the corporates. Despite the advent of such products insighting curiosity amongst the scientific community of the consumer country, its effect on indigeneous industries is far more devastating and in my opinion must be considered as an intrusion into the economy.

Dressing in the workplace is depended on organizations policies and sometimes may be considered as a rule, especially in government organizations. It does not mean the quality of employees work is not important. But generally dress codes in many occupations can not influence their performance and I agree with this opinion. whereas I believe the staffs should choose their cloths in proportional to their jobs.

Our personalities are predetermined as a result of our genes before we are born and there is nothing that can be done to alter our character traits. To what extent do you agree?

I personally believe and agree that our personalities are predetermined as a result of our genes before we are born. This is because we every single of us are unique and different. Only with the unique in us, we can have different ways to treat things and different ways to think. These variety of thinking can lead to innovations or even to new theories in different subjects. I respect the personality that is determined in our genes as I consider it as a part of the gift god gave to us when we were born.
