It is irrefutable that extreme urbanisation caused a dramatic escalation in house prices and it’s literally become a dream for a middle-class person to afford a house in well developed cities. In my opinion, the government can play a vital role in order to curb the problems occurred due to housing shortages, however some measures should be taken by the citizens to support the government’s endeavours offering an affordable place to live.

With a growing network of the export market, many consumers are eating food that has travelled thousands of miles from producers. In my opinion, we should buy local merchandise food. Because I opine that it will be more beneficial for the environment and economy if people only eat local good food. Therefore, I agree with this viewpoint.

In several nations, some people think that it is better to improve the quality of the existing transportation system while others believe that the government should spend a high amount of money to construct new railway lines for fast trains as it is an important need of travellers. Although the idea of investing a large sum of money to build railway lines has numerous benefits, I am of the opinion that the first priority of the authorities should be enhancing existing transportation system.

The modern world and technological development have brought various problems, most of them regarding the environment. Pollution is an increasing issue that requires everybody's effort to be resolved. It is indeed not only large companies and government's responsibility to take action towards it, but it is also a responsibility of the singular individual. However, since the major role in the creation of pollution is played by companies, I believe that they should take the biggest responsibility and make an effort to improve the environment.

In todays world, technology advancement increasing at very fast paced. Modernity in vehicles change the priorities of the people. Number of people believe that travelling in city by owner private cars is better. However, others think that bicycles are the best mode of transport within cities. In this essay, I examine both the views in detail and put forward evidence why I support the latter perspective.

In this era, one of the most controversial issues is global trade. It is considered by some that nations had better create food for all the people, and if it is possible, governments receive food from other countries. I tend to disagree with this opinion, I will support my stand with valid arguments.

Although many people believe that, the administration should give an order to prohibit the manufacturing industries that produce poisonous misuse materials without having their own dumping treatment facility to help to protect our climate. I support this large extent for some reasons. My position is argued further with explanations.

Recently, many people state that as language is such an essential element in people's everyday communication, the disability of using a foreign language can cause both serious social problems and practical problem. I partly agree with this idea as I believe that although fail to speak a second language can be problematic to who living in a foreign city, with the help of continuously-developing technology, some problems caused by language barrier can already be solved.

It is undeniable that, population has risen in a big bunch. It also brings along with it some problems like poverty unemployment and illiteracy. A group of people believes that a democracy should not provide help to improvised union till there is a demand of the donor citizen to be improved living conditions. I strongly agree with this view which says that first priority should always be given to the host laymen instead of providing help to the developing countries.

The news media has always been the source of information and medium of education for its viewers by keeping them informed about any new developments from a local up to international level. In my opinion, news channels must be informative and educational in nature. And their ability to report new incidents and new developments around the globe and act as a debate forum discussing critical issues, is what makes them informative and educational.

Deploying the online in education can provide students with up-to-date sources of information. However, there are other possible solutions that would appear to be more effective rather than the internet. This essay will discuss the drawbacks of teaching lessons using the internet and provide some alternatives.

It is an undeniable fact that broadcasting of sport programme on television has impacted younger generations physical well-being. They watch gaming programmes for longer hours, resulting in negative consequences to their physical health. In my opinion, I strongly agree with this view and believe that youths need to be engaged themselves to maintain their health.

Proper education and healthcare facilities are conceivably two determining factors for the overall development of a nation. Some think that the cost of education and health care should be borne by the government, while others suppose that it should be the citizens’ responsibility. Both these schools of thought hold valid arguments, which will be discussed before drawing a conclusion.
