One of the many challenges executives face these days is the issue of deciding which sector gets the larger part of the budget. Some people think that more money should be assigned to the educational system than the health department. To individuals, working for longer hours triggers at least two issues. It is not only to damage personal relationship, particularly with family, disrupt social lives and impede communicate activities, but also to cause a feeling of depression, a psychological disturbance that is suffered by many job holders. It also tends to exert pressure on the employment market and make fewer job vacancies. The highest proportion of unemployment is expected to cause even higher stress for people in the labour force.

However, there has been debate over whether local governments or construction companies should be responsible for the design of buildings. This essay discusses both sides of this contentious argument and then I will give my own perspective.

Technological development brings a lot of changes in the presentation of news in different channels and newspapers such as addition of pictures along with their respective news. Some people believe that the attachment of photos along with news articles are not a proper method while others think that it is essential. This is a will discuss both view points before arriving to my opinion.

It is indeed true that the celebrities of cinema and sports fraternities are the role models of the youth. These public figures do have innumerable merits, along with some hurdles. If I asked, I believe that the celebs have manifold advantages then the troubles; my supporting arguments are discussed further.

Some people suggest that music is a vital way in terms of connecting people with different cultures and ages. I partly agree with this idea as I believe that although music can be seemed as a very effective way in linking people together, sometimes it can also fail to connect people with different background due to many reasons.
