In this current day and age, science has advanced drastically with the development of social media apps for interaction among people. Additionally, these apps have been used for various purposes just as dating, job hunt, news. I believe the advantages of this technology certainly outweigh the disadvantages.

Competition and co-operation are two distinct personality traits of human beings. The issue of whether we should encourage children to compete or co-operate with each other is certainly a contentious one. While there are arguments in favour of both, I believe that children should be taught to indulge in healthy competition while co-operating with others.

Moulding children behaviour in the good path at an early stage is the key factor for their achievement. It is very important for them to understand and inculcate the gap between right and wrong. While, I agree that some sort of punishment is required, but, there should be a balance between punishment and reward to drive them in the appropriate direction. Hence, to achieve this, parents and teachers should follow the carrot and stick methodology. This essay will discuss this in detail with necessary examples.
