People are either working till late night or migrating to a different place for the sake of job. Is this advantageous or disadvantageous. Give you opinion and explain why, with examples.

Nowadays people are showing more interest in jobs for earning rewards, promotions and mostly handsome remunerations. For that reason, some persons are exaggerating themselves to work either midnights or travelling to a new site for acquiring jobs. In my opinion, The disadvantages outweigh the advantages, so we will be focusing on the disadvantages.

First impressions are considered important as it is believed that it sets an impact in the mind of the interviewer. Nowadays, apart from the early impact, many other criteria have derived to look inside the brain of an individual. However, it is believed by a few people that one meeting holds most of the points for getting a job, although I disagree with this belief, there are now new ways like hiring a psychologist and asking random questions or giving situations to solve my opinion is justified in the ensuing paragraphs.

Some would argue that people who commit a major crime should not go to jail but made to work without any salary.
