Some people think that advertising encourages us to buy things that we really do not need. Others say that advertisements tell us about new products that may improve our lives. Which viewpoint do you agree with?

A section of society often argued that an advertisement fosters the general public to purchase those items which do not require. However, some experts proposed that the promotional campaign informs the populace about the latest goods which can change their living. I am a strong advocate of the latter view. This essay will intend to analyze both aspects in detail with relevant examples.

Many foods are shipped from far away. Some people think that eating local food is more beneficial both environmentally and economically. Do you think the advantages outweigh its disadvantages?

Some individuals prefer to consume locally-produced foods instead of imported ones because of environmental and economic concern. In my opinion, some diets are required to bring from overseas as they are healthy to have.

In some countries, secondary schools aim to provide a general educational across a range of subjects. In others, children focus on a narrowly range of subjects to related to a particular career. Which do you think is appropriate in today’s world?

Indeed, there is part of middle schools providing targeted educations to teenagers, subjects such as business management and internet technology are applied in those institutions earlier instead of in colleges. While some other schools continue educating students in a general base and require their children to learn a wide range of curriculums. In my opinion, I believe the general educations is essential for students in their early ages, and career-aimed educations can be drawn later in universities.

Choosing the right work-place to pursue one's career has always been a crucial decision.
