Yes, now a days business metting and trainings are conducting in through online only. Like whenever the corona virus entered in world people are don't wanted to come outside and they used to set infront of there desktops and loptops. They are attending for meetings. Not only a business mettings and also students are attending classes and sessions are also in online.

The picture illustrates the life cycle of a butterfly from an egg to and adult.

The life cycle of a butterfly starts from an ballock and goes through four steps of evaluation before it becomes a butterfly. At the beginning of life a grown butterfly lays egg and after a while it turns to a caterpillar. Then, a caterpillar develops to a chrysalis which is more alike wrapped hanging cacoon than an alive insect. The third stage of evolution is when a chrysalis becomes an adult emerges which is hatched out of a hagning cacoon with its full-fledged wings and legs and ready to fly. The fours stage is the final one which defines a butterfly as developed spiecy species.

Some people do not agree this idea since they think that work experience more essential than their education, consequently they say that university do not teach some important skills their students that is why recent graduates cannot find a job easily. They should learn something by trial and error, hence if we want to find a great job, we will work on our skills. In my view, most universities do not spend enough time for teaching to their students in the visual condition, therefore I prefer to get work experience than education.

Traditionally individuals have been starting their education after completed their schooling but in this day and age, pupils prefer to continue their further education after exploring places in which they are interested. My firm conviction is that, students should take a break from their studies and get some experience in their fields for earning and support their families. Its merits are more overwhelming than demerits.
