Nowadays, it became a debatable issue whether houses should be built in new styles according to the owner’s preference or in the old traditional style. In this essay, I will perceive both sides and my viewpoint are in favour of new styles over old construction.

One of the most conspicuous trends of today's world is a colossal upsurge in the number of crowds who believe that while hiring employees people should see their personal qualities rather than qualifications and experience. The assertion seems pretty controversial across the globe. It is irrefutable that society is divided into two groups as per the distinct mindsets of different folk . A good count of folks agreed with the statement while others think job experience is very important . Whether to agree or not it's a tough-provoking question. In further paragraphs, I will not only shed light on both sides of the topic but also elaborate on my point of view.
