At the recent year , there is a continuous debate whether laying down some stringent penalties for traffic –related criminals or not . Many mentors hold the view that cross-cultural exchange program would bring advantageous benefit to all student. From my perspective, disadvantageous though such program can be, I totally admit that the benefit is much more significant.

These days many children spend a lot of their time playing computer games but little time doing sports. Why is this? Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

Computer games have evolved tremendously over time and thus have become more interesting and entertaining causing children to often spend more of their free time on playing these games rather than doing sports. This could be due to the unwillingness and laziness of children to play sports. I believe this could have a very negative effect since children would suffer health effects like obesity and also will have very low social interactions.
