Earth is the planet with enormous diversity and all the living creatures living on it.Nowadays,worlds population is continuosly rise with time.Presently,we see that human faces plathora of complications due to uncontrolled population and it is not only our country problem but this is complicated issue for all the high populated countries.

I would belive that punshment to teach good manners is age old practice which might be effective in certain cases but now in these changing world where childrens have beacame more interactive and understanding.
