Recently increasing number of shopping centres or malls are taking places of small local shops and thus becoming the first choice of the customers which is a positive vibe in my opinion.
Traditional cultures such as ritual, festive event, tales are still popular nowadays but not as they were in the past. Since the development of technology, traditional cultures seem to have been shadowed. Some traditional cultures are no longer suitable for modern time, they are still important to preserve a traditional way of life.
In the recent years, the accommodation has been a huge issue to tackle with.it has always been a controversial debate whether on not to build new homes in the suburb or countryside.the people in need of conditioning will argue with the ones who believe that countrysides must be protected owing to the importance of the rural areas.
With the advancement of transportation system, especially air travel, people can now go to another countries for business, educational and medical purposes. Many countries open their door to attract more tourism by making international travel more cheaper. I will discuss both boon and bane of tourism in the subsequent paragraph.

The number of crimes recorded in the past few years has greatly increased allover the world.If we talk about the developing countries like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh etc it is seen that many young people are involved in serious crimes like drug dealing, gang rape, robbies and other street crimes.
University education should be free to all students , not all parts of the world agrees with that statement as paid education contribute a major chunk to the government of the country for the growth, but I sincerely agree that that university education should be free nonetheless for each and every students.
Taking histories as lessons may not be fruitful for modern societies. Nowsday, societies are dynamic which consisted of new technologies. In the past, our ancestors were struggle by the mournful, disorders, and communications. Thus, the inventions occurs by using the available resources within the period. I believe that the past could benefit our lives but it is not suitable for new regimes. The premise behind the old generation applied particularly to such period.
It is considered by the few people that death punishment should be given to the person who commits heinous crime. While, others believe that in modern society the death penalty is intolerable. Personally, I believe the death penalty should be enforce because it will prevent the further rise in crime and save tax amount for better spending. (57 Words)
Few person thought that they should maintain all the fund's they have incomed and should not reward dues to the condition. From my side, I disagree with the view.
With the curiosity factor running high through the nerves of humans in the 21st century, Some people around the globe are keen on revising their family history. While there is a plethora of reasons for mining the ancient times, I stand with a neutral opinion in my mind, considering the pros of ethical learning and cons of misusing the pride.
In this day and age pollution is a present problem that needs to be tackled urgently. A dichotomy appears in opinion whether the governers or the citizens are responsible for solving this issue. from my standpoint both the authorities and the dwellers are equally accountable for finding a solution.
In recent times, it has been observed that some countries have a larger percentage of younger generation compared to older generation. Although, some people believe it will affect the productivity of the country positively, some are of the opinion that it will have effect on the increase in the social vices of the country. Having a large number of young adults in a country will help drive recent technological advancement in the country, so also increase the human capacity compared to the older folks. In my opinion, a country with higher number of young adults will be more productive and have a better grasps of the future which outweighs the disadvantages.

While some people are of the opinion that much information are to be shared in research, business and academics, a handful of people are against sharing detailed information. It is often argued that government dedicated constant attention to various programs which is aimed at the preservation and development of Flora and fauna which leads to huge capital been spent. I completely disagree with this view and I think that more finances has been extended on other basic social amenities.
I would like to extend my support to the statement that Universities should be educating people in such a way that the students can be aware of the world around them. instead of simply preparing them for jobs required by society. The reason being I myself have been subjected to such a way of teaching during my under graduate. I was learning a of subjects that were relevant to my course structure but completely irrelevant to the outside market. And I was able to realise that only after joining a profession. The four years that we toil in the university literllay boils down to the graduate certificate that serves only as a document to fulfil the application criteria. Its the resposibility of the University to train their students in such a way that the not only understand the concepts but also find a practical use to all that they learnt in the classes. I would prefer to disagree with the statement that the Individuals can do nothing to improve the environment. Moreover, the power to do that only resides with the Government and large companies is a highly underrated statement. Both the Government and the large companies consist of individuals like you and me. Though they represent a system or a uniform cooperation, they are still run by individual citizens who are equally responsible in improving our environment. But it is definitely possible for an individual who is neither a part of the Government nor a company to contribute to the improvement of the environment.
