Some people feel that the design of newly constructed buildings in big cities should be controlled by government. others believe those who financed the of a building should be free to design it as they fit. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

As time goes by, the population number increases rapidly, therefor, the number of buildings increases too. However, people argue whether it is the government or the owners of the buildings responsiblity to decide the buildings shape. I believe that it is the government decision to choose where and how each building sould be stated due to different reasons.

Taking a gap-year break after school graduation has become extremely popular recently. This time off provides opportunities for the future students to reflect on their strengths, talents and dreams in order to help them with the decision on future studies. Although spending a year between school and college carries its own drawbacks, I am convinced that teanagers can acquire many advantages out of it using the time for a purpose.

Human actions has had an adverse effect on the flora and fauna of the planet. There has been many disruptive arguments on the topic. Most of the people think that the government is spending the money on the arts and it could be good if this money is spent on other things. People themselves benefit primarily in their personal lives from eating healthily and taking more exercise. By following these practices youngsters understand what they want to pursue and also helps them to gain practical experience. Although it has few benifits, it also comes with few negative effects as well. Loosing interest in studies and adapting bad habits can be a major backdrops of these practices. While young people benifit more from these practices as the advantages outweight the disadvantages.

Some lawyers have suggested that this practice should be changed and that a jury should be given all the past facts before they reach their decision about the case. Do you agree or disagree?

The Australian and British judiciary systems provide with almost zero information and details of any suspect’s past criminal background which often results in the person’s walking free of any charge. Also, it is being argued that this practice should be abolished by providing complete and accurate information about the accused. This essay is completely in agreement of this proposed idea as firstly, it would help to bring the victimised to proper justice and moreover, it would help to inflict fear among the ill-minded, wrong doers of the society which further would bring down the crime rate and maintain peace at large.

Some people think that the best methods to cope with lawbreakers are education and job training, not imprisonment. My own point of view is that the form of punishment should depend on the ages and types of offenses.
