Worse, minor psychological issues are mostly ignored by the families while severe cases are heinously treated and tagged as madmen only to lock them away. There is no denying that psychical disturbance does not get the proper care and acceptance from the society all around the world.

But in some way, I strongly believe that together we could fix the problem and help them out of the edge of extinction.

Migrating to more developed states for better future among medical professionals and lecturers is on rise, leaving own cities and moving to abroad where their occupation could yield high income unlike at their own city is now more common than it is in the past. This could apparently leads to scarcity of such doctors and tutors in the remote areas and also reduces the rate of development even more. To limit this trend Government should involve and should take immediate actions about the demands and needs of these groups.

It is normal that some employments like nurse, doctor and teachers are paid very low when compare to actors or company bosses. In this essay I will try to explain the criterions to be used for deciding the pay package. Personally I feel that the employment with more risk should be paid more. Film actors and company bosses handle more money so the risk at their end is more.
