These days, most university pupils enrol in business or law courses instead of opting for science subjects. Other fields may have better pay rates and less strict schedules. This trend is affecting the community by giving fewer inventions and a fear of losing young talent in science.
It is believed by some individuals that artificial intelligence will take over many work opportunities in the future. On the other hand, some believe it will open up new job offers. I agree with the latter statement.
The issue of controlling emissions is crucial in addressing environmental challenges such as climate change and air pollution. Some argue that governments should take responsibility for imposing limits on emissions, while others believe that individuals and businesses should regulate their own carbon footprint. In my opinion, although individuals play a role, governments should take the lead in imposing emission limits to ensure large-scale effectiveness.
Some people believe that teenagers should be required to do unpaid community work in their free time. They argue that this would benefit both the teenagers and the community. While I acknowledge the potential advantages, I believe that making such work compulsory is not the best approach.
Many individuals devote their lives to attaining success, yet the very notion of success is inherently subjective. While some equate it with professional accomplishments, others perceive it through the lens of family well-being or personal fulfillment. This essay will explore how success is defined in these different realms before presenting my own perspective.
Taking a gap year between high school and university has become an increasingly popular choice, with students either traveling the world to gain cultural exposure or engaging in internships to enhance their skills. While some argue that a year-long break fosters personal and academic growth, others believe it disrupts academic momentum and leads to uncertainty about future aspirations. Although a gap year carries certain risks, I firmly believe that its advantages outweigh the drawbacks when approached with a structured plan.
In today’s developing world, many people are discussing the best study methods for boys and girls. Some prefer single-gender schools, while others argue that a mixed-school system is the best for fostering healthy competition and teamwork. In this essay, we will discuss both types of education systems.
It is argued that some believe that science subjects ought to have more money invested in them by the administration than other subjects. This essay completely agrees with that statement because science is challenging to teach outside schools, and if the students are not taught science in school, they do not prefer allocating time to study in other places.
In today’s rapidly changing world, the widespread consumption of junk food has become a subject of heated debate. While some people argue that educating individuals about healthy lifestyles can significantly reduce the intake of junk food, others contend that education alone is insufficient to change long-established eating habits. I firmly believe that informing people about healthier food choices is an effective solution because it raises awareness and empowers them to make better decisions on their own.
Some argue that museums and art galleries should have only local artists' works rather than international artists. I agree with this statement because it is the best option for understanding the cultural identity of countries, and also local artists may be encouraged financially.
In today’s rapidly evolving world, the issue of local shop closures due to the rise of large shopping centers has become increasingly prominent. One of the major challenges is the disappearance of community-based retail that once provided personalized service and local charm. This essay will explore the key problems arising from this issue and propose practical solutions to address them.
In today’s rapidly changing world, the evolution of shopping from a routine domestic task into a hobby has become a subject of heated debate. While some people argue that treating shopping as a leisure activity promotes creativity and stimulates economic growth, others contend that it encourages overconsumption and materialism. I firmly believe that regarding shopping as a hobby is a positive trend because of its ability to drive innovation in retail and enhance social interactions.
In today’s rapidly changing world, government expenditure on public services versus the arts has become a subject of heated debate. While some people argue that government funds should primarily be allocated to public services, others contend that investing in the arts, such as music and theatre, is essential for cultural enrichment. I firmly believe that government spending should prioritize public services because of their direct impact on citizens' well-being and their long-term benefits for society. One significant reason supporting this view is that effective public services provide a foundation for a thriving society. This is primarily because these services ensure that healthcare, education, and essential infrastructure are accessible to all, thereby reducing inequality and fostering economic growth. For instance, countries with robust public services often report higher levels of human development. Thus, this factor clearly demonstrates the need for increased societal stabil...
In today’s rapidly changing world, the portrayal of violence in films and on television has become a subject of heated debate. While some people argue that government should strictly control violent content to reduce crime in society, others contend that such regulation would infringe on artistic freedom and limit creative expression. I firmly believe that a balanced approach is necessary because of the need to protect vulnerable audiences and preserve creative freedom.
In the past, older adults led happier and healthier lives due to active lifestyles and strong social connections. However, modern society has seen a stark rise in loneliness and health problems among the elderly, primarily due to technological advancements and urbanization. While these developments have improved efficiency and convenience, they have inadvertently reduced face-to-face interactions and physical activity. Addressing this issue requires proactive measures from both governments and families, ensuring that older individuals remain socially engaged and physically active.
In some countries, people are becoming less healthy. Their fitness levels are going down, and their average weight is going up. This is a serious problem. There are many reasons for this, but there are also solutions.
Games have long been a source of entertainment and engagement for people of all ages, from children to adults. While some may argue that games are more important for children than adults, I disagree with this perspective. In fact, games hold significant value for both groups, though the reasons for their importance may vary. In this essay, I will explain why games are equally important for adults as they are for children, highlighting their role in stress relief, socialization, and cognitive development.
Television plays a significant role in people’s lives, serving both educational and entertainment purposes.
