International trade has led to an increase in many things, including daily necessity products, which are produced and transported by other countries. While this system brings numerous benefits, it also poses challenges. The question is whether the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and to answer this, we need to examine both sides of the issue.

The prevalence of stress has become dangerously alarming in recent times. In my opinion, the primary reason behind this issue is stiff competition in the work industry and sedentary lifestyle, viable solution to tackle this problem is creating awareness regarding stress management and motivating people towards physical activities.

In recent years, traffic and residential houses have become the major concerns among big towns. There is a growing argue that to mitigate this issue industrial areas and workers should be moved out of the town centre. I completely agree with this statement as shifting industries to rural areas will reduce the population proportion in towns as a result traffic will be alleviated.
