Public health has always been a prolonged issue for many governments, and it has raised even more concerns these days with a growing population suffering from modern diseases. While some people believe that the key to improving people’s well-being lies in the quantity of sports amenities at the public’s disposal, I would side with those who are of the opinion that more measures are needed.

Nowadays, the majority of population consists of young adults compared to the minority which includes older people. This essay will analyse whether the advantages of this phenomena outweighs its disadvantages. The essay will first suggest that the increase in the number of young adults can bring new developments into various fields which in turn can be outlined as a benefit, followed by an analysis of how the primary disadvantage, the lack of skilled professionals, is not a valid statement.

However, it is often believed that these studies or trials should be done by the Government only. I staunchly disagree with this view. This essay will first elucidate that limited budget of governments can be a hindrance in analysis, followed by an analysis on how latest R and D (Research and development) equipment owned by private companies can, at times, provide more accurate results.

The modern cities are continuously changing since lifestyle has evolved into a new concept where the people move to the big cities to get a job and to have more further opportunities. Moreover, the students move to this megalopolis to study in a well-known and high teaching university. Therefore, these working-cities are becoming overpopulated and new places need to be built to supply to foreign people. Where the space is not available, the municipality has to wreck old buildings and create a modern version of them.
