Nowadays, there are some companies that do not need any resumes of the job applicants. They choose their employees based on interview and psychological test results to analyse personal potentials. Some people support this phenomenon because personal qualities should be prioritised than personal qualifications and experience. In this essay, I shall provide my opinion on why I agree with this statement.

It is thought by some that the government is squandering money on the arts, and this money could be better spent on vital areas. In my opinion, I strongly agree that the state should not be frivolous with money and spend this money on vital areas such as education or healthcare.

Fatherhood ought to be emphasized as much as motherhood. The idea that women are solely responsible for deciding whether or not to have babies leads on to the idea that they are also responsible for bringing the children up.

An ideology exists that because women take full responsibility for decisions about childbearing, they also are responsible for rearing the child. In my opinion, I disagree that the women ought to be responsible for decisions about both childbearing and raising the child because it will greatly diminish the father’s role in child’s life and aside from that, parenthood is a shared responsibility.

The new generation ought to give the chance to work in high places after emboldening employees who work in a high position to retire at the age of 55 by their companies. In my opinion, I totally agree that firms should encourage their workers to leave their position to the next workers in line at the age of 55 as it will greatly benefit both individuals and companies.

It is argued that all undergraduates in universities ought to major in their preferred areas, whereas others think that it is more beneficial for their future to study modern subjects such as science and technology. While allowing students to study their favorable subjects would encourage them to learn better, I believe that focusing on contemporary subjects qualifies them to labor market.

Family owned businesses are quite common in some countries. While some people believe that they have higher chances of success others opine that they are more likely to run into trouble. In my opinion, family businesses have some inherent advantages. However, disagreements between family members can lead to the disintegration of such entities.

The world we live in is unknown to many but due to the advent in technology, it is made possible to travel to remote locations. Several fields like research and tourism may add to its advantageous side. However, as the risk of climate change is involved, I firmly believe that a neutral approach should be followed in order to maintain a good atmosphere for everyone.

As technology has developed, people can now travel to remote natural areas. While this trend is beneficial to some extent, I would argue that its disadvantages are more significant. On the one hand, visiting isolated natural places has some benefits. Firstly, this is a newer and more interesting type of travelling. Since going to other cities or countries has been too common for most people, it might be more exciting for them to explore new places such as the South Pole or the Amazon rainforest. This gives them valuable experiences and unforgettable memories. Secondly, when visiting remote areas, people, especially scientists, might acquire more knowledge about the natural habitat. For example, when coming to the North Pole, scientists can learn about the life of polar bears which live far away from humans. On the other hand, I believe this development has far more drawbacks.
