Few individuals are of the opinion that developing countries would appreciate financial help from international organisations to aid progress while some others believe practical guidance will be more efficient. This essay will discuss both arguments and also give my unsolicited opinion.

The world is changing rapidly so are the rules and norms of society. When grown-ups of today's generation compare their childhood, they find that today's children have more freedom then what they used to have. I believe that it is a positive development. In this day and age, art surrounds us, people in every location, without us being aware of it. From my standpoint, the practice of art has played an essential role in shaping and nurturing society and culture. Thus, it should be seen as a sector worth investing rather than a social burden.

But some people claim that the electronic devices made it more difficult and stressful for them and stressful. I disagree that technology has made people's lives depressed. Nowadays, modern children have a totally different lifestyle than their parents – they live in the new technological and digital world which can give them a lot of advantages, but also disadvantages. Personally, from my point of view there are some negative effects like the popularity of unhealthy fast food, reduced of physical activity and dependency of computer games and social networks, but their life also full of positive things like the Internet, opportunity to independently explore the world and developed themselves remotely, a huge selection of professions and activities.

Spending free time even after work is a common culture in America where people believe that these type of gatherings help to meet professional success as well as personal refreshment. In my point of view, although career success depends upon building proper rapport with fellow workers, personal life should be kept apart. Sound health plays an indispensable role in human life and their work performance. That is why many employers seek ways to offer perks, such as gyms or sports clubs sponsorship, with a belief that healthier and happier employees will become more productive at work while many other employers simply do not invest in it. The essay will examine both sides, but I personally believe that various other motivations and rewards, in combination with this initiative, will bring effective results.

It is thought by some that equality in respect and appreciation amongst Employees should be promoted by the Organisation while others believe that Managers should concentrate on improved tools and amenities. In my opinion, I agree that Employees should work in an environment that values and appreciates them because they will be encouraged to perform well on their jobs and it will also result in an improved relationship among them.
