Using a computer everyday can have more positive than negative effects on your children. Do you agree or disagree?

Technology has taken mammoth dimensions, especially by inventing computers. It is commonly suggested that using computers on a daily basis has more merits than demerits for minors. I disagree with the aforementioned statement as using computers in routine has more adverse effects on the health of children as compared to its benefits.

Some people argue that celebrities of many kinds – athletes, pop stars or artists –are overpaid. I agree with this statement since their income is generally higher when compared to those of the ordinary population. In my opinion, considering the value created by celebrities, I would argue that professionals working in education should be better paid.

These days, when people go shopping for their clothes and foods; their first sight is the cost of the commodity. Although the price of products is remarkable, it is not the only factor that people should care for. In my point of view, people should consider some other significant points like warranty and modality, when they are shopping especially expensive stuff.

The development of the countries makes part of the population prefer to live individually or in small family units. Traditionally, we were used to seeing big families living in large houses for years, but this had become unpopular recently. This trend may have some effects on society, whether they are good or bad is a debatable question, but we certainly can understand some of its causes. This essay will point out some aspects of this increasing change, and end with a short conclusion of the current scenario.

There is an opinion in the expert society that children who start learning a foreign language in grade school make better than children in lower and upper secondary schools. I tend to agree that the primary education at an early age will contribute to better language learning because, at their age, the language can be learned through games, compared to students with secondary education who are not ready to use this approach due to the mature ages.

The increasing number of new mothers in the labour force accounts for much of the growth in female employment over the last 30 years. Employers are required by law to allow one year or more to parental leave after the birth or adoption, but the time varies from country to country. However, the time mothers can nurture their infants without losing their job have sparked a controversial debate about whether the outcomes are more positive or negative. From my personal standpoint, the benefits of staying a long period are far greater than the drawbacks.

It is irrefutable that, people must exercise regularly to keep themselves healthy, however people nowadays do not work out as much as they should. In my view lack of exercise is due to long working hours and because workers need to work double shifts or having two jobs at once, nevertheless there are some solutions can be implemented to mitigate this problem.

Nowadays, the number of supermarkets is rapidly increasing in contrast with small groceries and general stores that disappears. In my opinion, this trend has more merits than demerits and I will explain my point of view below.

It is true that passive smokers can have almost the same effect as actual smokers. While people are aware of the side effects of smoking, the realisation only sets in much later in life when the body starts reacting adversely to the sustained damaged the habit causes. In this essay, I will emphasize the harmful effects smoking has on people and how these substances should be banned for good.
