It is often argued that it's indispensable to spend money on building new railway lines for the high-speed trains connecting cities whereas others think it should be spent on the betterment of existing public transport. This essay agrees that improving local transportation is more beneficial to the city people.

Various circumstances exist that would compel people to buy their house as it gives them the freedom to work. Owning a home provides more relaxation than the rented one because as we don't need to worry about the monthly payment or decorate their house as wanted, there is no interruption of landlords. However, the rented house have individual advantages as it is economical and easy to migrate.

Some claim that egalitarian societies can encourage their people to succeed more, while others argue that personal achievement is the result of individual merits. In my view, there is a strong bond between equality and personal success as they are complementary units for each other.

The issue of crime rate reduction is crucial for many countries as well as what sentence is better to apply. Some people believe that if criminals spend more time in prison, it will reduce crime. However, others say that there are several better solutions to this problem. As a society representative, I strongly support the second point of view and see social changes as a more powerful tool to reduce crime.

While spending excess time on gadgets, laptops and other forms of electronic devices can prove to be detrimental to children's' health, I strongly believe that supervised usage of such technologies can bring about several benefits as well.

It is often believed that instead of spending on treating the diseases, it is wise to take care of yourself from various diseases. As it is well said that taking precaution from various diseases is better than having a cure treatment from the diseases. I completely agree with the above notion and elaborate my views in the below paragraphs.

It is firmly believed that schools’ curriculum should include software programming as a subject at primary school, while others in the opinion of schools should create atmosphere, which is concentrated on playing at this level of education. Personally, I fundamentally disagree because teenagers might grow up and learn from their mistakes also not everybody is familiar with the law at such a young age.

Countries vary in their level of development, that is the reason that there are three types of nations among the worlds (first world, second world, and, third world countries). countries that have a high economy often give money and help for poor ones to help them develop their nations. This process exists by making organisations, and, give donations. However, even with all these advantages, this progress is unfair and should be corrected.
