People in all modern societies use drugs, but today's youth are experimenting with both legal and illegal drugs, and at an increasingly early age. Some sociologists claim that parents and other members of society often set a bad example. Discuss the causes and some effects of widespread drug use by young people in modern day society. Make any recommendations you feel are necessary to help fight youth drug abuse.

Experimentations of the youth with legal and illegal substances are now increasing in many modern counties that sociologists blame the parents and other citizens about this matter. Though, the roots of this problem are mainly family issues and peer pressure, there some ways in which the problem of drug addiction among the youth can be solved.

Occupation is a constant or most engagement of a person. It prospect largely define a man's life worth. Success in a career is not limited to monetary rewards alone, but includes all other benefits such as self actualization and increase in status within the occupation. I agree with the opinion that a career is important to and likewise determines a man's life. This essay discusses some reasons why work is important to man's definition of life.

It is sometimes argued that we should not ever consume meat as animal farming is considered to be inhumane. I completely agree with the idea that meat is important for our health and food culture, and that farming livestock could also benefit themselves.

In recent times, some children have been placed under pressure to become successful individuals by their parents. This is because parents want their children to have an easier life than theirs and also want to show off to others. However, in my opinion, this is a negative development as the children are made to choose a career against their wish.

Many argue that the criminals of one particular crime should get a fixed punishment, irrespective of other factors like circumstances and motives, while others believe that circumstantial evidence and intentions should also be taken into account while deciding their fate. I firmly believe that the judges must consider the reasons of a crime and whether it was an intentional event or an accident while making a judgment to fulfil the requirements of justice.

I strongly disagree with the statement that says for an individual to be worthy in the society these days, lifestyle and possessions are measured, while values, and morals are found inestimable. A number of arguments support my opinion.

Research and development needs to grow as we advances in life. Government contributing to research in order to discover life on other planet is a good initiative. It's always debatable that whether government should fund such research or invest money in addressing Pubilc problems. In my opinion, the government primary job is still making sure that the Public demands are met, but they should in a parallel look in the future and support such initiatives.

Climate change is among the serious threat to people in this century and the sea levels are rising dramatically. The youth in many countries are unemployed and unskilled, while at the same time, the military services are in need of people. Compulsory military service is beneficial and necessary. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

There is no denying that in most of the countries people, especially adolescents prefer to avoid the military service and start thinking to be part of the work force without having any experience or studies. I strongly agree with the idea of having mandatory military service can bring many benefits to the society. I will support this view with arguments and examples in the following paragraphs.
