Some people think that having a set retirement age (e.g. 65 years) for everybody, regardless of occupation, is unfair. They believe that certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at an earlier stage. Do you agree or disagree?

Many people believe that having a fixed retirement age for all occupations are unfair because some profession be supposed to pension at a prior stage. However, others said that the equality principle must be adopted for this case. I personally believe that the superannuated age must be set particularly for every position.

The process of filling up higher posts in the organisation is a topic of debate. The above statement has favoured the promotions to higher levels from internal human resources over hiring new employees from outside the firm. However, in my opinion, a firm should not rely entirely on existing employees to fill up vacant positions but also hire employees from outside.

Currently , some kind of animals or plants are endangering for that humans trying to save some varies of theirs from extinction is a waste of valuable resources. I disagree this statement. Nowadays, it is said that giving money to poorer countries by richer countries is not a efficient method to deal with poverty. Fast and safe transport arrangement and improved communication are two important aspects of the development of a country. Every power works for its citizens to commute safely and quickly while businesses and also depend on a solid transport structure. Thus when the question arises whether an authority should focus on improving its railways or roads, people seem like having divided opinions. I personally agree that a state should spend more money on railways rule.

When someone needs a guidance sometimes is better to take it from who lived more in ages or to someone who is young, in my opinion a piece of advice is positive and depends on the situation to make it acceptable from old or young one.

In the past, most people spent their entire career working for one company, whereas people nowadays move from one job to another. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? Which do you think is better?

After clearing the graduation milestone, the next big event in anyone's life is getting a job. A few have difficuilty finding the right job and eventually keep on frequently changing their employer while others are lucky to find it in the first attempt and tend to remain with the same employer for their entire career life. While both the approaches may have its own advantages and disadvantages, I believe in working with a particular firm for extended period is far more beneficial than continuously switching between employers and this essay would discuss the positives and negetives of both approaches in detail.
