Nowadays life requirement had become more complex than before, both parents had to work to provide a better life for them self and their children, and between commitment to their work and children they don't have the time to watch over their parents, whom, they become old enough that they can't perform well without any help.

I strongly believe that this severe issue is something to be dealt with. For that reason, we must take individual actions and force governments to act in accordance with necessary precautions.

In child rearing, it is essential to give children proper education on differentiating what is good or bad. Accordingly, some people may argue that punishment is an indispensable way for teaching good behavior to children; however, I strongly believe that punishment actually leads to more undesirable acts. Instead of punishing children, encouraging them by considering alternative consequences such as using a direct language and being a role-model can be applied by both parents and teachers would be better.

I have strong arguments in favour of those who say that young generation is not suitable for such jobs.
