Others, by contrast, are worried that we are not prepared for a world in which computers are more intelligent than humans. Discuss both of these views and give your own opinion.

With the advancement in technology, people either feel excited or worried about the impact of artificial intelligence on people. While the opposing views are understandable, I am optimistic about the development of artificial machines.

In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

There is no country in this world which is untouched by the phenomenon of buying houses in cities. Some people do not like renting homes because of higher monthly rent and inconvenience to make changes.I firmly believe that having your own property is always better than renting one.

Health is an essential part of human life and nowadays everyone makes an effort to be healthy. Some people believe that registering in the fitness centres plays a vital role to stay healthy compared to the choosing regular routines such as being mobile and mounting staircase. I will discuss both the viewpoints and share my opinion in the following text.

Nowadays, cultural heritage is commonly utilized for tourism purposes. Some people may think it could destroy them, while others think these traditions are better maintained. I believe that properly using cultural tradition is beneficial for protecting them.

Many people are if the notion that daily computer usage could have bad effects on oneself rather than good ones and I completely agree with this statement since serious issues like poor vision and bad postures may occur as a result of regular use. There are disparate views of who should bear the responsibility to fund the work of artists. Some argue that governments should be the one who support such endeavours while others think artists should seek different sources of funding. This essay discusses both views.

Around most of the countries in the world, schools have some serious issues prior to the student behaviour. Furthermore, it causes afflictions and adversity for both students and management. In this essay, we will discuss about some common problems and possible solutions, and address an acceptable conclusion.

Nowadays, the many people are using the technology for their different purposes while they cannot spend much time looking after their physical fitness. Therefore, I strongly agree with this statement and following this essay will explain my viewpoints in detail and then I'll reach to a proper conclusion.

Nowadays, it is acknowledged that students from suburban areas find it tough to receive higher education. Whether it should be made easier for them to access university education becomes an ongoing concern, which incurs a highly-charged debate.

Small Businesses Should Avoid Recruiting Young Women Who Do Not Have Their Own Family In Order To Avoid Paying Maternity Leave. To what extend do you agree or disagree

One of the controversial issues today relates to whether should micro-enterprise hires unmarried female candidates or not, so to prevent from paying the pregnancy leave. I totally disagree with this statement even though there are some clear drawbacks of hiring unmarried female workers.

Many today are increasingly of the opinion that countries should be self-sufficient in their food production and import as little as possible. Though I grant this is unrealistic in certain countries, the economic implications are convincing.

It is often opined that in new age schools, the way of instruction to pupils must be based on gaining knowledge from experiences. I completely agree with this notion. The upcoming paragraphs justify my stand with relevant arguments and supportive examples.

It is generally believed that travelling and working abroad are the only purposes of acquiring a foreign language. From my perspective, I ensure that there are several vantage points which make learning new languages is important in our life.

Today, most of populaces tend to cultivate a leisure pursuit in order to free themselves from the hustle and bustle life. Some people claim that the recreation should be challenging as much as it can, and then we can have more fun. From my perspective, I disapprove this viewpoint for several reasons which will be further discussed and elaborated in this essay.

Some people argue that these experiments should be banned because it is morally wrong to cause animals to suffer, while others are in favour of them because of their benefits to humanity. It is true that animals are often used as a way to sure whether medical or non-medical products are safe for humans. While the use of animal testing is morally wrong, I believe its effects on medical research will bring positive impact on human beings as a whole.

There are a few individuals who believe that the prime objective of educational institutions is to transform their students to decent residents, instead of assisting them in becoming a better human being. In my opinion, schools should focus more on the former thought as better people create a better society.

Today, young generations are desired to follow the fashion and luxury lifestyle of pop stars through the media platforms such as publications or TV shows. However, people are wondering if this is a good development of the society. Here, I would like to explore its causes as well as discussing some possible effects contributed by it.

Being rich has its own benefits. Most people would accept that one of the highest priorities today about being wealthy has the chance of aiding others as well as helping the nation. In my viewpoint, such exposure is affirmative. My preference is explained further.

In the past, people used to purchase for their daily use only. But now the people buy anything like it is habit to them. Nowadays, many people want to buy, if it is on trend or it is popular. This is definitely not a good direction for modern people.

Some people believe that restoration of old buildings costs too much we should demolish them and build new ones instead. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is commonly believed that the repair of buildings constructed too many years ago demands a high expenditure because of this issue, those buildings have to be removed and replaced with new ones. I partially agree with the statement that demolishing old houses might be a reasonable alternative.
