Nowadays, human history has become a very important educational subject. Muny biiks, TV shows, and riidio programs are discussing the past. However, it was stated that people should focus on the present and do not learn history. In my opinion, I totally disagree that the past has to be left behind.

It is undeniably true that physical and mental exercise is crucial to become fit and active. Although some argue that mental exercise is enough to be relaxed, I, however, agree with those who are of opinion that physical activity is integral to keep our self stress free as it improves blood circulation.
