Promotions help boost the morale of employees. Higher positions earn higher salaries and hence everyone wants to be promoted. In my opinion, the time spent in an organization should be just one of the criteria for determining an employee’s eligibility for higher positions.

I know some countries which are famous for their tourism like Italy, Greece, France. I also have been there. It was impressive to see their gorgeous scenery. I heard that for countries like I mentioned, it takes huge rate when it comes to their total income, which means it is very important and beneficial to take foreign tourists for them. Thanks to those tourists, they can get not only a lot of money, but also can get great image if the tourists are satisfied with their travel. Once they get good images, the more students want to study abroad or want to work for their country and maybe it would be beneficial when they have to commerce with other countries, too.

For any job interview, practical knowledge is most important because the interviewer may ask any question or to solve the problem related to the job. It is often believed by some people that applying the high rate of tax helps to reduce the industrial pollution, whereas others believe that there are other various solutions to reduce this problem. In my opinion, other measures like proper government guidelines and incentives and rewards programs are more effective rather than levying higher tax rates. This essay will first discuss the merits of high taxes, secondly alternative solutions to control the pollution, followed by the conclusion along with the reason.
