Some people say history is one of the most important school subjects. Other people think that in today’s world subjects like science and technology are more important than history. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

School subjects are gaining public interests these days. Certain subjects are needed more in society than others which may as well be eradicated from school curriculums. Some proponents believe History as against Science and technology are believed to be more crucial while others think otherwise. While there are reasons for supporting science and technology, I believe history helps us know the wrong steps to avoid today and previous best practices.

Some people consider thinking about the future and planning for the future to be a waste of time. They argue that people should simply live in the moment. Do you agree or disagree ?

Nowadays, many individuals across the globe tend to believe that it is not worth spending the time planning for their future. In fact, they prefer living the moment. However, my inclination falls partially towards this notion by taking into considerations the facts like life expectancy of people and better career prospects.

Gaining knowledge is a lifelong process.It is commonly argued that the education obtained is not entirely present in the textbooks.In my view, an information received through experience is more significant than the knowledge learned through books.This essay will discuss vitality of the information obtain from books and through experience.

The population of the world is increasing day-by-day as a result, the number of people nearing their age of retirement is also increasing. This raises a debate among many citizens on whether people should retire after 60 or they should still keep working till they desire. In my opinion, most people over 60 should retire, and enjoy the rest of their lives peacefully. In this essay I will shed more light on my views regarding the same.

Nowadays, people do not like to sit at home after retirement as it gets too boring for them. Moreover, they are too habitual of staying busy. Many countries do not allow people to work after a certain age, while, some specific industry does not accept applications if a candidate exceeds the criteria of maturity which the organisation has set up. However, recently some countries have made it illegal to reject applicant's basis their tenure and in my perspective, it is a positive development.

Reading and watching films and television are some of the many activities people engage in for the purpose of entertainment. Both activities can inspire the imagination, yet in my opinion, reading stimulates the imagination much more than watching films and television.
