As citizens have paid taxes to the government, it is believed that they should be provided with free healthcare and qualified education. However, others disagree with this notion, as they think that each individual should be responsible for their well-being and literacy. This essay will discuss the benefits and drawbacks in details and I support the former view.

In this essay, I will explore the matter and explain why I lean towards thinking that it should be funded by governments.

News plays an important role in human's life. The type of message leaves a psychological effect on one's mind. I my opinion, most people start off with their day by reading the newspaper, listening to the radio or by watching the broadcast on television. In my opinion, I think that pharmaceutical enterprises play the most significant role in the development of medical researches, but ordinary people and the authorities can also provide their supports in different ways.

According to my viewpoint, junior are undergraduate, thus both type of learners should be appreciated by the prize.
