The given bar chat provides the UK university’s students of both gender studying rates in six art associated disciplines. In five of the six subjects, females outnumbered males. It can be clearly seen that females made up a particularly large proportion of the student group in linguistics, philosophy, English language and literature, history and archeology, communication and media studies. It is obvious that gender graph especially great in philosophy, where there were two times as many female students as male. As it presented male and female students were more equally represented in English language and literature, art and design, communication and media studies. In English language and literature, there were nearly as many girls (250) as males (approximately 230). This was also true of communication and media studies. Art and design was the only study in which male surpassed female (roughly 175 males vs. 160 females). It may be concluded from the graph that female students dominated almost all disciplines; however, males have a significant presence in subject related to art and design.
