School is the place where a child spends most of his time during childhood.Cultural values should be imparted by the school,but certain people argue that this should be done by the parents at home.I believe that this should be done at home under the guidance of parents.Imparting these at home is under supervision and direct influence by the mother and father of the child.In fact,we can try and teach them some additional points as well.However,in a school,this can be done by the means of lectures,plays,audio-visuals and own experiences.
