Nowadays, some employers think that formal academic qualifications are more important than life experience or personal qualities when they look for new employees. Why is it the case? Is it a positive or negative development?

People believe that these days, recruiters prefer candidates with university degrees than hands-on experiences in life or personal qualities. I believe there is a variety of reasons for this trend and it brings out the positive development to society

Environmental problems are becoming a global issue. Environmental problems are counter-challenging the quality of life people enjoy in modern advanced societies. Do you think that environment problems will produce better results if it is addressed globally or it should be addressed by individual countries?

There is no doubt that environmental issues are the bone of concern for today’s world and various detrimental effects has been witnessed by the modern society. The big question here is whether individual countries or the world as a whole should come forward to deal with this crisis efficiently. I think since all individuals together make a nation, individual contribution is the call of the hour.

Some people believe that the main idea behind creating an art in the form of movie is to increase our education value. I completely agree with this, as this could reach more people in a lighter way to solve a serious problem in our society. I believe this has brought up some positive impact in our youth’s brain as well as mental development in the past years.

Celebrities are known and popular figure in society and it is seen on many occasion that media disclosed their private life to attract the viewers. However, I believe celebrity choose name and fame and always want to be in limelight but every individual has the right to protect his or her personal life.

The enormous growth in the use of transportation vehicle over the last decade has led to radical changes to the way that government should construct more. In many countries, some people claim that government should spend money on railways for trains in cities while, others say that it is essential to expand budget to expanding existing public transport rather than railway lines. In my opinion, I believe that having more railway for trains is necessary while enhancing public transport is more useful for consumers.

In some schools and universities, girls tend to choose arts subjects (e.g. literature), and boys tend to choose science subjects (e.g. physics). Why do you think this is so? In Colleges and secondary school's, female population are more aligned to arts subjects while the male population tends to pursue science and mathematical oriented subjects.I totally agree with this point and the reasons will be discussed further.

Leiure is the free time that they can use to rejuvanate and relax. Nowadays, young adults have been shopping very often. It is also seen that they go for shopping as a leiure activity rather than choosing a hobby for themselves, however some people might look at this sitiation as a development but I think this is a negavtive development due to various reasons.

The issue of whether to spend one’s hard earned wages on attending expensive football, rugby or baseball matches or other exclusive diversions as opposed using it more wisely and prudently has become a matter of concern for many. Critics argue that such frivolity is a misuse of precious funds however, I personally believe the opposite. This essay will discuss why the benefits of attending sport or cultural occasions are worth more than the actual ticket price by using examples taken from the Harvard Business Review and the Woodstock Festival.
